Our furnished Vancouver apartments cater primarily to those persons requiring short term accommodation and to the budget conscious single "B & B" traveler. Our location is most convenient and just minutes to the downtown financial core; the film industry; local colleges, schools and the university area; central to churches, clubs and activity centres; five minutes to golf courses, easy access to shopping malls and theatres; near the Vancouver General Hospital and Children's Hospital; walking distance to the Cancer Clinic and other healthcare treatment centres; and on a direct route to the Airport. We are also a stopover to people on the way to and from our many local ski resorts including the famous Whistler and offer overload accommodation for many convention delegates, tour companies and travel agencies.

With short notice, we can schedule rooms for you at Special Seasonal Rates far below our normal "rack" rate. Our special rates also apply to corporations; tourism and airline personnel; seniors, legion and YMCA/YWCA members. What better endorsement can we have than by the people who stay with us: bankers; consulates; government, city hall, fire department and union people; inspectors; Realtors; cab drivers and personnel in shipping, fishing, mining and logging.

Our common areas are decorated in a friendly and beautiful Victorian and nautical atmosphere. We operate at over 90% occupancy and most of our advertising is by word of mouth. Our rates also include a free health club complete with a tanning bed, accumassage couch, aroma steam spa, sauna, exercise gym, two jacuzzis and swimming pool. Also included in the rate are twelve free video movies shown 24 hours a day with "after hour" adult features of the type shown in the finest hotels. Outdoor chess/checkers, shuffleboard, a 9-hole crazy putt golf course and Cupid's Gardens for romantic memories are on site for one's enjoyment.

Singles "connect" in the common areas which include a billiards room, reading lounge, TV lounge and dining facility. On the first Friday of each month, there is a social hour with complimentary wine for the guests. Dinners range from $8 to $10, and lunches are from $4 to $6. All daily and weekly rates include full breakfast each day. Monthly rates include ten breakfasts per month.

We have three sizes of units: a 3-room Honeymoon (executive) suite, 24 superior 2-room suites and 189 studio 1-room units. All units are small theme rooms. Our 1 room studio rooms are the best priced and the most in demand. They have fold down double beds and are "like cabins on a cruise ship" equipped similar to that of a deluxe motor home with numerous built-ins, a microwave, fridge, eating niche, colour TV and clock radio. Each room has a private combination bathtub/shower and a private balcony with views.

For reciprocal networking, we will publicly advertise for you. Send us some of your brochures or other material in June and December, and we will rack it for you in a high traffic area at No Charge! As we are all aware, the more advertising exposure one can get, the more beneficial it is.
